Buying art is like buying shoes. You really don't know how they will fit until you give them a whirl!

So we would like you to place your order with the full confidence that if you don't like the fit of the image in your home or business, you can return it to us for a full refund.

All we ask is you return it to us within 30 days of delivery to you. Call it a 30 day in-home trial! So it might be a good idea to keep the box or tube your order came in, just until a few friends praise your new art!

On a related note, and so you are not disappointed - keep in mind that colours displayed on your monitor will be different than colours displayed on your neighbours monitor, and different still from colours displayed on friends or family computers.

Some people have PC's, some people have Mac's, some have tablets, a lot have cell phones. The same image on different screens will be coloured slightly different. Your image may look slightly brighter or darker, a touch more blue, a shade off the expected green, in person than it does on your computer screen.

We will not be able to brighten or darken, or change the hue of a print to match a particular screen. We really do try our best to display great looking images online, but sometimes there are colour differences. Still, if you really want to send it back, send us an email using the Contact Us button at the bottom of each page on our site.

You don't need a return authorization number or anything to return items. That is so 2005!

However, if there is a workmanship defect, or the product was damaged in shipping, you should let us know since that is our issue to deal with, and it sometimes happens despite our best efforts.

However, if you just don't like the colours or the way the product throws off the look and feel of your room or office, please repackage it and ship it back to us at the address below. Once received and inspected (i.e. is in good enough condition to resell), we will refund your money through the original payment method.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The product isn't used or damaged

  • The product isn't a photo upload. Due to the personal nature of photo uploads (for example: a photo of a wedding or vacation), we are not able to refund these as we are not able to resell them like we can with other products. If there is a defect or the product is damaged, we can offer a replacment or store credit. Hope you understand.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
